Years ago, after reflecting on the effects of stress, my health, and important relationships in my life that felt imbalanced, I started therapy. The healing work that followed restored my joy and gratitude, deepened my understanding and compassion for myself, and gave me the ability to form healthier relationships.
Now, I enjoy working in a way that's aligned with who I am, supporting others in understanding and healing from core issues like conflicting identity and beliefs, chronically stressful lives, family dysfunction in childhood, and complex relational trauma.
I spend a lot of time reading, participating in workshops and lectures, and working one-on-one with my clients. I also enjoy lots of comedy and cozy gaming, sharing my love of cooking with friends and family, and sport climbing rock walls all over the Southwest.
